We are on the lookout to purchase classic residential properties such as condominium apartments, income-producing properties and residential complexes and properties with and for the purposes of alternative residential concepts such as senior living, student housing, micro apartments and development sites in stabilised towns and cities with populations in excess of 20,000 (including suburbs).

We are also looking to buy medical centres and healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centres, therapy, care and nursing facilities, laboratories etc. and children’s day nurseries – even those with an opportunistic profile – and developable sites.

Our focus is on eastern German medium and higher regional centres, Berlin and surrounding region and the Rhein-Ruhr metropolitan region.
